Customs, Shipping & Refunds
If a shipment is detained or permanently stuck at Indian Customs, we will provide a 100% refund of the amount paid by the customer.
The responsibility for customs clearance in the destination country lies with the customer.
However, if the shipment successfully clears Indian Customs and later faces issues due to mismanagement by the destination country’s postal service, such as USPS, Australia Post, Royal Mail, Canada Post, or any other respective national postal service, including situations such as no tracking updates, delayed delivery, missing parcels, or customs holds, we will offer the following solutions:
- If the parcel is returned to India, we will re-ship it at no extra cost to the customer.
- Please note that this process may take some time. In many cases, parcels may be destroyed or not returned by the destination country’s postal authorities.
- If there is no delivery confirmation after 15 days from the last tracking update in the destination country, we will still proceed with a free re-shipment, provided it is feasible.
If the parcel is re-shipped for the second time and still does not reach the customer, we will issue a 50% refund of the total payment.
Pricing & Product Information
The prices listed on our portal may change based on ongoing offers, discounts on our inventory and stock, as well as the current market rate for medicines.
The product information on our portal is provided for general guidance and should not be considered as a recommendation.

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any internal emergency reasons.
In such cases, we will notify you via email, but the customer cannot hold us liable for any inconvenience.
